Take as many tasty large shrimp as you like (we made about 14 for the first go), marinade in butter, add some garlic, 3 tsp. Sambal Oelek chili sauce (may add more or lessen for taste of the spicy component), a dash of Natures Season's seasoning salt, and combine with 1/4 fresh chopped mango in aluminum foil. Place foil on the BBQ until cooked through. The internet says cook 3-4 minutes, flipping once. I believe Sebastian grilled for about 6 minutes...[accurate measures to follow shortly in the future].
I paired with some gourmet Maruchan shrimp flavored ramen, cooked for 5 minutes rather than 3. I would also recommend a pairing with a wild/white rice mix, and perhaps some grilled corn.
